New formula: 10-free, bio-based and fortified with silicon, our coloured nail polish strengthens your nails and protects them from the everyday aggressions that weaken them, thanks to its all-new ultra-antioxidant complex. An innovation that boosts their capacity to care for your nails while maintaining an ultra-healthy formula. The texture has also been revamped for longer-lasting manicures.

Being completely opaque with two coats, thanks to its pigment network, it mechanically creates a protective barrier against UV rays (so no UV filter!). This safe, healthy formula is a great ally for enhancing all types of fragile nails, even for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

NB: For cancer treatments such as chemotherapy or targeted therapy, it is recommended to wear opaque nail polish fortified with silicon to limit the impact of these treatments on your nails.

Does the MÊME Silicon Nail Polish provide protection from UV rays?

Yes! If you apply two coats, all MÊME Silicon Nail Polishes except the Nude and Milky Nude colours are fully opaque and mechanically protect your nails from UV rays.

The polish must be applied thinly to help it dry (do not apply a thick first coat to make it opaque). It is important to apply two coloured coats to make the polish opaque enough to provide proper protection from UV rays.

Heads-up: it’s an urban legend that dark colours afford better protection from UV rays. So you can choose the colours you like best, provided they are opaque enough.

How do I help my polish last as long as possible?

You can keep nail polish in the fridge to help it last longer. When you have been using it for several months, polish gets hard to spread and takes longer to dry, because of solvents in the formula gradually evaporating. This means it is time to replace it!
