A solution for women experiencing vaginal dryness and intimate discomfort
Low oestrogen can be caused by chemotherapy, hormone therapy, removal of the ovaries and radiation therapy, resulting in loss of elasticity, less moisture and modification of vaginal mucosa structure and an increase in pH which can in turn affect gut flora. These effects lead to vaginal dryness, which can sometimes be extreme, discomfort in everyday life, pain during or after sexual relations, and an increase in urinary disorders such as bladder infection.
Intimate Comfort Pessaries remoisturise in cases of vaginal dryness and vaginal mucosa atrophy, providing lasting, effective relief. They soothe intimate discomfort caused by chemotherapy and radiation therapy, the menopause, post-partum, diabetes and stress
They are small with a smooth finish, making them very easy to insert, even in cases of vaginal mucosa atrophy and extreme dryness.

How to use Intimate Comfort Pessaries
Use preferably at night. For one week or a little more, use one pessary a night for effective relief, then one every 2-3 nights, for as long as you feel the need.
First, wash your hands carefully. Remove a pessary from its packaging, lie on your back and insert deep into your vagina, just before going to sleep.

Tips for greater everyday comfort:
- Keep your vulva (labia minora and vagina opening) well moisturised and supple using an appropriate care product that prevents vaginal wall thinning.
- Regularly apply a moisturising, soothing care product to prevent discomfort, pain, and a taut feeling in your vagina.
- Drink plenty of water to improve your natural lubrication and to plump up your vaginal walls more easily.
- Use a gentle, soap-free vaginal wash for your vulva, on the outside only to protect your vaginal flora. Pat yourself gently dry.
- Wear simple, cotton underwear for less irritation, and avoid wearing tight trousers.
- Learn to mobilise your perineum with breathing exercises and controlling contraction/decontraction. This can help you relax, for pain-free sexual relations.

Intimate Comfort Pessaries have been designed to help you combat vaginal dryness, while preserving your organism. Their acid Ph helps to restore your vaginal flora. Available from your pharmacist, they have been formulated with 90% of ingredients of natural origin. They are hormone-free, ensuring safety for all.
The active ingredients have been carefully selected for their effects on skin and vaginal mucous:
- Hyaluronic acid: keeps all layers of the mucous well-moisturised. It is well-known for its capacity to soothe and attenuate vaginal mucous atrophy.*
- Vitamins E and A: protect and repair
- Aloe Vera extract: soothing, anti-inflammatory and restores balance
- Glycerides: create a fine emulsion which coats the mucous layers

Who may use Intimate Comfort Pessaries?
Intimate Comfort Pessaries have been formulated for:
- People undergoing cancer treatments as well as before, during and after the treatment.
- All women suffering from vaginal dryness and intimate discomfort, including those suffering from diabetes, the menopause and hormonal treatment.
Are Intimate Comfort Pessaries compatible with pregnancy?
Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised that they should preferably get confirmation from their GP or gynaecologist, in order to avoid any counter-indications.
How long can you use Intimate Comfort Pessaries for?
For one week or a little more, use one pessary a night for effective relief, then one every 2-3 nights, for as long as you feel the need. They may be used indefinitely: occasionally or "year round" if necessary. Seek your physician's opinion
