Are yout products manufactured in France?
Yes ! Given the stellar global reputation forged by French standards and know-how, we formulate and manufacture all our products in laboratories and facilities in France, specifically in Aix-en-Provence, Brest, Lyon, Chartres, Boulogne-sur-Mer and Orleans.
Are yout products suitable for children ?
The recommended minimum ages for using our products are specified in the table below We always recommend that both adults and children first test our products by applying them to the crook of their elbow, then waiting two hours to check for possible allergic reactions, before using them as part of their routine.
Are your products suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
There are no contraindications for pregnant and breastfeeding women using our products, except for the Deeply Soothing Face Mask. This product contains water-lily extract which is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. We also recommend always asking your GP for advice if you have any doubts or specific issues while pregnant ; you can show them the composition of our products 🙂
Are MÊME products suitable for all types of cancer treatment? ?
Yes ! Our formulas have been approved by toxicologists with expert knowledge of sensitive and atopic skin, and by healthcare professionals with expert knowledge of skin for people being treated for cancer, to be sure they are safe and well tolerated, so our full range of skincare may be used during chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Be careful not to apply any products that do not rinse off on the zone to be treated prior to radiotherapy.
Some products such as the Serum for Lashes and Brows, the Shampoo and the Hair Mask, have actually been designed to boost hair regrowth after treatment that triggers hair loss, to encourage attractive regrowth after the end of alopecising treatments :)
Are MÊME products also suitable for people who don't have cancer?
Our products have been formulated with the greatest of care, eliminating all potentially harmful ingredients with any links to cancer or hormonal disruption as a precautionary measure. These formulas have been designed for the most fragile people. They may naturally be used by people in good health who likewise are mindful of the ingredients used in their cosmetics.
Can men use MÊME products?
Absolutely ! Our products are suitable for both men and women ! Our products are very lightly scented, with a neutral fragrance which most importantly dissipates after application :).
So men can feel free to test our products, or pinch them from their SO ;).
How long can I keep MÊME products after opening?
Our products can be kept for three years before opening. As for opened products, we specify their Period of use After Opening (PAO), on all our product packaging.
The product packaging features a pictogram of an open jar indicating the recommended Period of use After Opening. It mostly varies from 6 (6M) to 24 months (24M).
What do MÊME products smell like ?
All our skincare products are primarily made with vegetable oils, waxes, and butters, which naturally have a slight, rather neutral scent. To respect your skin and adhere to our formulation standards, we do not use synthetic ingredients to mask these natural scents. However, we do add a small amount of a fragrance specifically developed for MÊME in almost all our products. This fragrance is natural, hypoallergenic, and has been created in close collaboration with patients undergoing cancer treatments to ensure it is well-tolerated and pleasant, even for those experiencing olfactory changes due to treatments.
As for its scent profile, our fragrance is fruity and floral, evoking peach and rose. Its scent may vary slightly from one product to another, depending on the natural active ingredients in each formula. Here is its detailed composition to help you better imagine it :

If you want some samples, please ask at one of our partner pharmacies. We recommend calling ahead of your visit, to be sure that they have the samples you need in stock !

What are the conditions for returning my order ?
If you want to return your order, the product must be in perfect condition and must not have been opened or used. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and ask for a return slip. You must make this request within 14 days of delivery.

Can I pay in several instalments?
For orders worth over €100, you may pay in 3 or 4 instalments on our website if you pay with Oney :)
Do you include a bill and the price of the order in the parcel?
For EU countries : we pack each parcel very carefully and do not include a bill or any document stating the price. So, if you order our products and have them delivered to someone in the EU as a surprise, they will not know how much it cost !
For deliveries to non-EU countries (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK) and French departments and regions overseas, we need to include a bill inside the parcel due to customs regulations :)
Is it safe to pay by card?
Our website uses an encrypted system (SSL) to protect all personal and financial data.
Cardholders are also subject to approval, and the bank or card issuer has to authorise the payment. If the bank or card issuer fails to authorise the payment, we cannot unfortunately process your order.

How do the loyalty points work?
Using your loyalty points is very easy : simply go to your MÊME account and click on “My loyalty rewards”. Scroll down to see your loyalty points and click on the "Turn my rewards into a discount voucher” button.
