It's the ideal routine for gently washing your body and hair, with products that are gentle on very dry and sensitive skin.

Using the face and body cleansing oil, massage the product into your wet skin to create a light lather (it doesn't lather much!). Then rinse with water before drying with a thick towel, gently and without rubbing!

To wash your hair, apply the care shampoo to wet hair. Then massage your scalp in a circular motion with your fingertips to promote blood microcirculation and hair growth. Lastly, rinse your hair with cool or lukewarm water.

The body cream, to fight against dryness of your skin
The face cream, with its light and fluid texture, to moisturise and nourish your face

The face and body cleansing oil is formulated with 96% ingredients of natural origin and is obviously formulated without soap or active ingredients suspected of being endocrine disruptors.
